    Thanks for these reminders. The one about using your core muscles to lift is not loud enough. Tightening the abdomen and butt has saved my back many times. Plus doing the lift on an exhalation so the body isn't fighting itself. Doing these things has kept me from having to visit a chiropractor as often as I used to when I was younger. I'm 78 and pretty healthy. Michele
