Wondering what you can do to have a healthy, happy holiday season? While the coming weeks may look a little different than years past, you can still enjoy yourself with family and friends—all while keeping your health a priority.

Here’s how!

1. Wash your hands often. If you’re going to be around loved ones, do your part to keep yourself and others safe by stopping the spread of germs. Consider sanitizing high-touch areas frequently.

2. Building a holiday menu? Keep color in mind. Fruits and vegetables come in every shade of the rainbow, making them the perfect addition to charcuterie boards or side dishes—as a bonus, they’re nutritious, too!

3. Give yourself a splurge—but just one each day. While it’s tempting to reach for all of the treats, eye your favorite seasonal dessert and indulge in just one (instead of five).

4. Don’t be too hard on yourself. If you skip exercising or over-eat, aim to be more conscious about your time and decisions the following day instead of spending your time feeling guilty—you should be feeling festive instead!

5. Visit us to help your body better manage stress. The holidays can be overwhelming—don’t be afraid to give yourself a much-needed break. We’re here for you whenever you need us.
