Payment is due at the time of the office visit unless a previous financial arrangement has been made. Please also review our office policies.
Please let us know if you wish to pay by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal; receipts will be issued at the time of the payment or an monthly / annual statement may be requested.
Note: BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) will cover/subsidize a portion of ten (10) combined (shared) supplemental visits (including chiropractic, massage, physiotherapy, podiatry, acupuncture and naturopathic medicine) per calendar year, regardless of age, for those on Premium Assistance.
If you have extended health benefits such as Blue Cross, Sun Life, GreenShield, Great West Life etc. you can submit your receipts to them for reimbursement (check with your provider). Some Great West clients (HSPP employees) can enjoy direct billing for chiropractic services to their extended plans, depending on their coverage.

**If you've shopped around for fees and mine seem higher than some others, this is why:
- Your first visit is typically 45 minutes to one hour in length.
- Re-examinations are typically 30 minutes and include a nerve scan, like the initial visit.
- Regular visits are typically 15 minutes in length.
